This institute is affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training , Punjab and Diploma Courses are approved by All India Councel of Technicall Education (AICTE).

Addmision in these courses is done through central councelling by the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training , Punjab . If some seats remain vacant after central councelling then the Principal of the institute is authorised to fill the seats purely on merit basis.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Diploma Level Courses

For admission in First Year (for three-year Diploma Course)
* Those candidates who have passed the matriculation examination with Mathematics, Science & English subjects from Recognized
Board
For admission in Second Year (two-year Diploma Course Lateral Entry)
* Those candidates who have passed 10+2 Science from recognized board or established by Centre/State Government or with Vocational/Technical Subjects

or * 10th from recognized board established by Central / State Government with 2 years I.T.I. with appropriate specialization

Note :-
* Apart from the above basic education qualifications, the general eligibility criteria shall be as per the guidelines of Punjab Government,
Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training.
* There is no lower or upper age limit for admission.
